2) In case you need to change booked activity program you must do it within 48 hours from activity start time

3) In case of cancellation on behalf of Bellagio Water Sports total paid amount will be refunded

4) In case of no show by the customer no refund will be provided

5) If you are going or have purchased a gift card please communicate asap chosen date/dates as we cannot guarantee that that/those date/dates are available or will remain available since your purchase date and time.

We suggest to contact us just before purchasing gift card in order to check if desired date/dates are still available.
